I believe they can be accessed online, circumventing GP's etc (I recall a parent dating they'd done this to jump the queue). However, to do so can only be described as incredibly dangerous.

I had a bunch of trans activists telling me yesterday that autogynephillia did not exist and "trans" was synonymous with Gender Dysphoria. The logic with a lot of these people is all over the place. Just flat out denial of reality.
