There is nuance, but the exec summary is that in Canada, discriminating against somebody on the basis of their gender identity is prohibited. A trans woman like me is legally recognized as a woman and as a female. Disagreement is based on gender identity ONLY.

Hi Meghan, You know lawyers. I urge you to ask them what the law is in Canada. Maybe one of them can get past your bias.

But you're not tho. You said so yourself every single time you referred to yourself as a trans woman. Which is exactly equal to referring to yourself as a man. Because only men can be transwomen. Otherwise youd just be a woman. Not a trans woman. Which are men.

Actually, in Canada trans women are women, trans females are females. What you think has zero bearing on the reality that when I visit your country, I am ALSO female because my documents say so.

In all of your verbiage over the last few days, you have repeatedly failed to demonstrate how one woman carrying a sign saying "trans women are men" is hate speech OR is an act of discrimination against you. All you have demonstrated is a stubborn cleaving to authoritarianism.
