Yes they can, & they do. Every time this comes up (when comments aren't shut down), the same denial & rationalizations show up: Really trans, but life's too hard, never really trans, not a mistaken diagnoses- just part of a *fluid* "gender journey," etc. DESPITE what person says.

They deserve monetary compensation from lots of places for neglect. But women that transitioned to male do not deserve to be allowed to procreate as male, to have a chance at impregnating a woman. They were never ever promised that.
