Even if "most" women's brains do work a certain way, the ones who don't are still women. (And the males whose brains work more like typical females are still...male!) People who misuse population stats/averages/neuroscience data don't understand bell curves.

Yes. But it's causing those women anxiety, depression and even suicidal tendencies. Its clearly not normal

What's "not normal" is that gender-atypical women think their only option is to claim they're men. That's on society and the medical-psychological establishment, which should focus on people accepting themselves vs. irreversible medical intervention.

If there was a pill to "un-trans" people I'd agree. But there isn't. We as a society should accept them however they want to be. And atm the only way to treat dysphoria is transition

Many detransitioned people would disagree strenuously with that last statement.

a lot of detrans people detrans because society treats trans people badly - and some even retrans later when society gets less shitty for us *shrug*

What about the ones who don't? Who have found alternate ways to deal with dysphoria? The trans community should welcome alternatives, not claim the "only way" to deal with dysphoria is transition. Especially when it comes to minors who might avoid becoming permanent patients.

provide some evidence for alternative treatment and its efficacy? there is none to my knowledge. not a single study which supports alternatives. for the first 70 years of trans medicine we were seen as a fetish & deviance. I find it very hard to believe nobody tried it.

Suspect you know very well that the Dutch and the much-maligned Zucker had plenty of success with most kids outgrowing dysphoria. Yes SOME people do well with transition. But that concession isn't enough for trans activists; they push the "med transition or else" mantra.

i've not seen that, seems like a massive strawman of the actual position of trans people which is; transition & blockers should be facilitated where necessary. Which is to be decided by doctors, the patient and the parents. Not you or me.

Final statement for me here: Without the obsession w/"passing" and the lies about suicidality, there would be NO REASON for a child to transition. If trans activists actually gave a shit about our kids, they'd encourage them to wait/decide as adults. Happy New Year, over and out.

there wouldnt be an obsession with passing if it weren't for people being anti-trans and therefore visibly being trans being somewhat dangerous for you. and lies about suicidality are told *TO* us. Its pure gaslighting that we've started believing. I've written aout this too.
