Do they expect the hospital staff to guess what's going on, so they don't have to use the word "woman," "vagina," "miscarriage"?

Professional hospital staff aren't going to require a patient to pronounce, "I'm a woman!" before providing emergency treatment.

Whether MD's thoughts/words are effectively policed has zero to do w/ ER care. But burden is on the PATIENT to describe symptoms clearly.
