Scrutiny isn't what's happening here tho. It's 'point at the weirdo'. There is no excuse for publishing a photo of a topless woman without her consent and I can't believe this is even an argument.
Apart from whether photos should have been used, is it your position that the YouTuber shouldn't have been discussed in the article at all?
