Plenty of women discuss how they were ACTIVELY discouraged from STEM fields, usually starting around middle school or even earlier

Anyone who wants to pretend women 'just aren't interested' in tech is ignorant at best or has their head in the sand as to sexism

So much depends on socialization, schools and the opportunities provided. More and more girls are being given tech exposure...leads to jobs

And when the going gets tough, the tough get going. Always remember the war days and the women who filled in with tech jobs / men in combat
