1. Yes. Neuroplasticity is "a thing." Again, it's not either-or. I have a problem with tendency of some to dismiss data on either side.

4. Large study (n = 200K) showing some sex-based diffs BIGGER in egalitarian cultures can't simply be dismissed. Why WOULD we dismiss?

But point of that study (interested in yr response after reading) is they are MORE pronounced in cultures that mitigate against them.

Indeed. Again, though, sex diffs were cross cultural, large effect size.
