Not very. Yet it does happen; males have all the equipment needed. We work on helping everyone, not just some.

"Helping" doesn't mean saying bio women are men, or vice versa. I know several LaLeche leaders deeply dismayed that you caved to activists.

So if wanted to breastfeed an organisation like yourself could concievably make that happen? How many men have you helped?

Conceivably, yes, we could help; you would have to have medical support as well.

So it isnt exactly a spontanious phenonmenon, it something that either comes from an exterior cataylst or a pre-condition like hormonespikes

But generally speaking this is an uncommon occurence that rarely happens spontaniously or naturally?

Lactation never occurs spontaneously. Tho it is natural for mammals to lactate, both males & females have to have appropriate prep.

LLL for decades supported WOMEN. It did not engage in promoting the vanishingly rare cases of male lactation. This argument is a red herring
