While it's good Anderson only pushed to have more "balance," it's unfortunate a program focusing solely on the experiences of detransitioned people (something that has never been done before) was quashed. There have been thousands of media stories focused only on trans people.

Detransitioners are growing. It doesn’t prove no one needs to transition, it indicates people need better care. The decision will be better informed , and they can expect a thorough level of care. They did unnecessary hysterectomies on women. It in no way implied no one needed it

Heaven forbid detransitioners should have their own segment to be heard without someone also piping up with "the benefits of transitioning" or otherwise assuring the audience that their experience is actually negligible.
