These people, who are often both profoundly strange and completely ideologically obsessed, are pulling levers in the media which they have assiduously cultivated for several years. It's very interesting to watch them use their marginalised, powerless position to do it.

They seem to be unclear on the concepts and methods involved with "journalism". When you're reporting on something controversial, you show why there's controversy, show perspectives of the different sides, which is what TV's longest running investigative news show is known for.
