No offence to those who have transitioned but the science is simple. If you gave birth to a human offspring, then ipso facto, you are that child's mother.

The court of appeal denied permission to appeal but it usually does that. At the point you can appeal directly to the supreme court. It's up to them if they accept the appeal

Freddy, listen. The child came out of your womb. You are a mother now. The birth certificate is for the kid, not for you. It's a record of the child's birth, not an affirmation of your identity. You're not the centre of the universe any more, you are a parent.
