We have a lot of lesbian and bisexual members, and other LGB people have supported our work. The Hands Across the Aisle network that we were asked to join was founded by a lesbian. Do none of us count, because you don’t like what we decided to do?

We think the most aggressively homophobic people we could find are the ones who blacklisted various of us for refusing to believe in ‘lesbian penises,’ or drummed us out of polite society for objecting to the sterilization and maiming of lesbian and bisexual girls.

That sounds very reasonable, by some lights, no doubt. But our work is about affecting policy and the law. It’s not about only talking to people you agree with. http://womensliberationfront.org/shunning-and-democracy/ …

And we've yet to see anyone respond to the question we asked 6 months ago (that this WolF tweeter thinks somehow destroyed movements and ruined parents' lives): Why were the MOST extreme homophobes asked to write front matter endorsements? There were no other Christians to ask?

You’re asking us? Don’t you know? The moderates of almost any stripe, including people who might be described as moderate conservatives, already support sterilizing nonconforming children or have held back from the controversy. The fight is already nearly lost.

Did you miss how the Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Manufacturers, and the major Christian college association, have come in hard and heavy to endorse gender identity in all its forms? Not many people will stand up in opposition.

So you're saying the Guide authors had no other choice than to ask Hibbs, Johnston, Sprigg and the like to write front matter? Putting aside the fact that I stringently disagree with that, why include those paragraphs at all as the first thing people read? Better to have none.
