That’s gone on behind the scenes, with people they’ve taken a dislike to being frozen out because no one wanted to deal with the heat of this, while also dealing with serious family issues that are the reason they sought out gender critical activist spaces and support groups.

People who were doing valuable work, not with WoLF, have stepped back or quit entirely because of them. Parents. People who’s main concern was the harm being done to children. We’re obviously still here, but where are the parents who were speaking up in such numbers last fall?

We can’t even publicly say what they’ve broken, the amount of damage they caused, by doing things like wrongly implying that a parent talking about harms to a minor child was trying to control an adult child. Those parents were really making some headway. Stopped now.

"Damage" caused by--tweets someone disagreed with? You're making Brie and the 4thWaveNow Twitter account responsible for the lives of people who saw tweets they didn't like?

If you really believed what you’re saying about how disagreeing with someone or being criticized can’t possibly constitute real harm, why are you criticizing the guide over who endorsed it, when there was nothing disagreeable in the contents?

Half the people asked to write front matter have expressed extreme homophobic views that even most Christian conservatives would recoil from. The front matter is *part* of the content. Why is this so hard to understand? Why did WolF dredge this subject up again a week ago?

There was nothing objectionable or even unkind in the guide. It was compassionate towards all young people and their families, and people you’re comparing to an odious white supremacist were happy to sign it, and praise it. We’d consider that a positive development.

The word “nonpartisan” doesn’t mean “Christian conservatives can’t be a part of this.”

We've said this many, many times: Hibbs, Johnston, Sprigg et al aren't just "Christian conservatives." They are extremely anti-gay and have made careers out of that conviction. Do you not understand that many dysphoric young people are gay or lesbian?https://twitter.com/4th_WaveNow/status/1252299253692739586 …
