There is some research being done in pediatric oncology (some kids with cancer are also sterilized by treatment), where immature gametes have been be lab-matured--in mice. Trans men can come off testosterone and have children though. So it’s only sterilisation if it’s done to tanner stage 2 trans girls.

No, it affects ovarian development too--females who had puberty blocked at Tanner two and then went on T. The trans men you are talking about were not blocked. They transitioned after puberty was complete.
