Strange bedfellows and uncomfortable alliances are one thing, but I'm seeing a lot of parents who seem pleased as punch, downright eager to be working with "god hates f***" homophobes. If they don't dial it back several notches, and fast, they are going to be standing alone.

We've been criticizing the LGBT orgs/Left for years, if you've been paying attention. It isn't "dithering" to raise questions about extreme anti-gay activists' involvement in parent efforts.

My two cents:the GC movement has to balance the risk of impotence from association with the right vs the risk of impotence from anonymity. Both are real risks. How to navigate this is not for the faint of heart. Those with kids <6 mo from treatment more likely to take the former.

We (4thWaveNow) have raised specific questions about anti-gay individuals and organizations, not a blanket condemnation of "the right." That keeps getting lost (and the questions remain unanswered).

Bingo. And it's that religious, extremely homophobic right who we've raised questions about, for which we get no answers.

My personal experience of Kelsey Coalition and WOLF is that they are protecting the bodies of would be gay/lesbian/bi youth. Have you not seen this project? Have you taken the time to read it? Get real. https://www.kelseycoalition.org/Projects/Ban-Real-%22Conversion-Therapy%22 …

Go to them: HRC, WPATH, you know the players. They hate anyone who goes against medical transitions and their surgeries being paid for the government. Oregon is also a great place for you to go investigate. Call the gender clinics too. Good luck.

In case you didn't notice, we've been investigating them for 5 years--along w/ other matters we don't talk about on Twitter. The idea that 4thWaveNow is enamored of the pathetic Left on trans issues is laughable. We'll agree to disagree about effective strategy. Fair enough?

I don't really have a strategic plan. I sometimes write about my own experience and try to support a whole bunch of people who oppose the trans ideology.
