It's my view coalition work mitigates the homophobia & backlash we'd otherwise see. It forces people to throw their combined strength behind an approach that doesn't, say, throw butch lesbians & GNC people under the bus. Or endanger fundamental employment/housing/human rights.

In your view, is it irrelevant that several sponsors & endorsers (like Hibbs) proselytize IRL like this? "It is going to be like it was in the days of Lot: violent homosexuals knocking on doors threatening to sodomize people who disagree with them."https://youtu.be/bmjUZUCTmzY?t=2085 …

Transgender Trend's guide was independently produced, and wasn't sponsored/endorsed by orgs which hold and have long held extremist views. Big difference.

The problem is that the Left is currently judged by another standard. SJWs routinely endorse *crazy* shit; when you *call them* on every jot-and-tittle of what they've signed on to, they start abdicating/editing line-by-line, which we are to respect. Why can't women do the same?

“They do it so why can’t we” doesn’t seem like great reasoning to me. Reminds me of that belief that women have to act “like men” if we want equality or to get ahead. But no. The standard is bad. We should reject it and build/make our own.
