I have the new Dutch study by Arnoldussen et al. (2019) but have not read it in detail yet. Let me make one point. For this, one would need to have a retrospective measure of gender dysphoria or traits of gender dysphoria from childhood. I don't think such data were reported on and I am not sure if the Dutch have that data. My informal discussions with my Dutch /2

colleagues is that they are beginning to see the late-onset (natal females) in the Netherlands, but not to the same degree as in other locales, such as North America and the UK. So, I am not sure the paper addresses the concerns that are being addressed here. /3
