I was referring to person mentioned in the first paragraph. That's the closest that blog post comes to actually evidencing the claim "some children…never develop the capacity for orgasm" instead of some clinicians saying "more evidence would be nice."
Fair enough. Since this is a discussion about personal matters, are you a biological parent? If not, you probably know some late-transitioning MTFs who are. Twelve-year-old "AMABs" wouldn't be thinking much about fathering (nor should they be) when they sign away their fertility.

OK, but a 12-yr-old weighing options is a very different matter than (say) a 25-yr-old, who'd have much greater ability to assess future consequences, exercise impulse control, make wise judgements (i.e., more mature executive function). You waited--& your child(ren) happened.
