Yes, I agree with that. So you think that women have a strong instinct to rear children (so they'd choose to forgo childcare and stay at home) and men don't (so, they'd choose not to spend time with kids). Is that right?
Modern culture has liberated women from being chained to babies unless they want to be, and that's a good thing! But both can be true: Certain traits ON AVERAGE can be stronger in one sex than the other, but modern culture prevents such traits from becoming a prison.

Jesus Christ. I asked what behaviours are predicted by an innate nurturing instinct. I'm now muting the spate of block capitals. Cheers.

Those block caps weren't aimed at you--they were aimed at all the onlookers who freak out in these discussions, immediately jumping to "oh, see, you're saying all women should be barefoot and pregnant!"

Example:It's a good thing so many doctors are now women, that we aren't required to stay home w/babies, but can choose fulfilling, well-paid professions. And if we bring a bit more nurturing ON AVERAGE into a profession which traditionally had too many cold fish men, then hurray!
