Honest question for those who say young kids' behavior is largely the result of socialization: How do you explain the detransitioned butch lesbians who talk about heavy disapproval they faced as tots for their "masculine" behaviors? Who socialized them to be so gender atypical?

There are clearly differences between men and women in interests, behaviors, etc. But that doesn't mean that any particular interest or behavior is inborn/unchangable by socialization. That's the issue under dispute, not whether the differences exist.
-
I haven't seen anyone in this discussion saying a possible innate trait (I prefer "tendency") isn't subject to the influence (enhancement or suppression) of socialization.

Most robust evidence is for heterosexuality (men are attracted to women, women to men) and behaviours around reproduction. Also, it is possible to fairly accurately predict a sex of a person based on number of male vs female typical traits 1.
-
But, due to big overlap, the difference bw a randomly selected male and female brain can be as large or even the same as differences bw brains of two men or two women. And socialisation is so powerful and gendered that it’s impossible to claim innateness of these differences. 2.

May I say that I think you've phrased that wrongly, and that problems will start from there? Studies shouldn't look at "typical males and females" (how will they know what those are?): rather they should look at males and females and draw graphs of behaviours.
-
I know that sounds like nitpicking, but it's the difference between assuming what's typical and being evidence-led. Most lay people get this wrong, and errors compound.

(was responding to your statement about blank slatism being rare). Conversely, it's obvious culture/socialization mitigates some traits like male violence: Some cultures condone physical/sexual violence vs women (e.g. wife beating/rape), while others prosecute a man for same.
-
Clearly, these differing responses to male violence (BTW appears to be a universal trait) alter a man's tendencies to perform such violence. If you know you could go to jail for it, very different from being praised by the whole society for (say) chastising an adulterous wife.
