I don't think that detransition per se = legal action. Does it not depend on the context, i.e., informed consent, an appropriate evaluation, etc?

The question on my mind has been: is the LACK of mention of possibility of desistance on the informed consent something that could present grounds for suing? I have talked to a detransitioner w full SRS who said had he been told desistance was possible, he would've waited till 25

It also means the person had not yet undergone medical intervention. If they had, they would be called a detransitione, not a desister. It's an important distinction between the two groups.
