3/ What do you hope to gain with photos like this? Plenty of people think it's worth it to risk poor surgical outcomes to approximate the body of the opposite sex. AND detransitioners who are critical of trans medicine have been saying for years they find this offensive.

4/ Would be VERY curious to know if there are any detransitioners who think this is a good or effective political strategy. The only ones I've seen talking about it are offended and alienated by displays of trans surgeries. Thoughts?

6/ This thread was not meant as a denunciation, but more a plea to think about strategy. Is it effective? Is it worth the loss of important supporters (notably detransitioners)? Most importantly will those shock photos help achieve what you are aiming for politically?
