So my 1hr appt did have an “assessment”. Spoke with a social worker for a few minutes, here are the questions I remember:

Likely that clinic got fewer denials using that code. Have seen clinicians discussing that very strategy on the Transgender Health facebook page. (Is this fraud?)

I beleive Insurance Companies need to know about this. My understand is that it is borderline fraud if not outright fraud. @CoalitionKelsey
