No, some feminists distinguish between sex and gender, especially in the case of DSDs. This is a complex situation, but to say "all feminists should be supporting her" is misguided.

But she is female by sex, albeit with high testosterone levels. To lower her levels by chemical means is surely as harmful as giving children hormone blockers when they are questioning their sexuality?

It's complex because some reports say XY chromosomes, sensitive to testosterone, male (i.e. testosterone-fueled) puberty, and high T now. Caster was raised as a girl though, legally female. It's worthy of debate, because it is about future of women's sports.
