The only reason there is no debate on pediatric/youth transition in the US is because powerful people in the legacy media refuse to air any dissent. Much more insidious than blatant censorship, because citizens have no idea what they aren't being allowed to learn about.

Then perhaps we need to inform people ourselves. Any ideas?

Recently, we are aware that 2 4thWaveNow spokespeople, 2 seasoned clinicians, and 3 detransitioned women wrote Letters to the Editor in response to Jennifer Boylan's OpEd in
@NYTimesOpEd None were published.https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/08/opinion/trans-teen-transition.html?rref=collection%2Ftimestopic%2FBoylan%2C%20Jennifer%20Finney … -
In her OpEd, Boylan claimed reasonable concerns re: the large uptick in teens (mostly girls) presenting to gender clinics were nothing but an "invented syndrome" cooked up by conservatives. NONE of the people writing letters to the
@nytimes are political conservatives.

I also spoke to a BBC journalist. This is a difficult thing for a parent caught up in this. No follow up. No replies to emails. After he reached out & was empathetic on the phone. (Not in writing). It’s Orwellian.

Yeah, I don’t blame individual journalists on this. This is definitely an insidious agenda and is a problem with the higher ups - it’s prevalent in hospitals, schools even police forces. Terrifying.
