Offering the same opportunities (which we should!) is not the same as expecting the same outcomes for everyone. Why do we devalue (and underpay) "people" jobs (which more women choose), and see it as a problem that fewer women are enamored of "things"?

Can't simply ignore finding that in Scandinavia, where girls/women were actively supported in choosing non-traditional jobs, MORE women chose "people jobs" when they were free to pursue own interests. This doesn't conflict w/ giving every girl/woman the opportunity to pursue STEM
