The final slide that I saw ("The Future") asked:"How can a child 2 or 3 stages behind [particular developmental stage] anticipate what that will feel 2 or 3 stages later?", as if it were a problem delegates could solve by the next conference if only they put their minds to it.

How can a CHILD give informed consent? 1) they are not majority age - I think it's at least 18 in most US states 2) they have no understanding as small children of reproduction, sexuality, hormonal body changes. There once was a doctor who experimented on non-consenting people.
