6/ Indeed: It's a "heavy burden" to ask the young transitioned child about not only reproduction, but sex. Instead, clinicians should cater to child's desire to "ward off" the unwanted puberty; a puberty that will bring insights and changes they can't fathom before it happens.

The issue of fertility is glossed over. Fertility depends on achieving puberty collecting sperm. Collecting ova requires induction cycles as in IVF. Even if these work a uterus required. Surrogacy in US is 95-135K. Thus advice not to think about babies - to do mind-boggling.
