Question for the Twitter-knowledgeable: If a non-QFD-banned account retweets a QFD-banned account, will the QFD-banned account's tweet be visible to non-followers of that account? If the answer is "no," quote-tweeting would be a better strategy (reveals there is a banned tweet).

I’ve seen some tweets from banned people I don’t follow due to re-tweets. Though I do not know if retweeting banned accounts will lead to one’s own account being deemed “low quality.” Does anyone know?

Another option would be screen capping banned tweets; that strategy wouldn't result in flagging by the shadow-banning algorithm. This would at least alert one's followers to the name of the shadow-banned account.
