Jazz has been on cross-sex hormones since age 12 .This has been stated by Jazz and family openly on the reality show "I am Jazz." Jazz was rendered permanently sterile while still in middle school.

And whether Jazz ever wants to have children is immaterial. You don't sterilize children. The decision to reproduce (or not) is one reserved to adults. 12-year-olds aren't capable of making that decision. This used to be uncontroversial--only a few years ago.

The big lie is here that of suggesting that "12 year olds" are being permanently sterilized... oh dear... that means I "sterilized" my 14 year old female child when I authorized her to use subcutaneous depo-provera inserts that last a year for birth control.

Who's lying here? Puberty blockers followed directly by cross-sex hormones results in permanent sterilization. Immature gametes can't be banked. Even gender specialists say this openly.https://twitter.com/4th_WaveNow/status/1004465605758607360 …

Also clearly tweets from others aren't the best choice when looking at something so important. Blockers DO NOT cause any permanent sterilization. I've even been on blockers prior to having a child. Blockers are mostly used to buy time for decisions to be made in ppl with GD

Under 50% in all studies. Average of 20-30% but it could be that those put on blockers are more dysphoric to begin with. On the other hand they might just be more affirmed.

Iatrogenic effect of soc. transition+blockers has not been studied; need well controlled study w/ 10yr+ followup: dysphoric kids treated this way vs those supported in gender nonconformity but not "wrong body." Dutch/Toronto experts have acknowledged possible iatrogenic impact.
