I say this to both, there literally is a reason why Ph.D's & MD's take so much time earn & what I've noticed is both of you lacking in understanding the nuances that make research valid, reliable or to have specificity. As a result, your interpretation has often been flawed

And yes, the first step would be blockers. But they are not always initiated in tanner stage 2. That's silly to think that to be a norm for a total population. Once a person is on blockers IF they choose to transition & go on CRS, they understand the risks - and are fine with it

Why it bothers any of you is the issues. Can you not see how insulting your upset is? It's as if you, not as the patient, family or professionals are declaring you figured out something they didn't. It's arrogant. Make decisions for your self & let others make theirs.
