Are you suggesting the task force ignored reproductive endocrinology studies OR that they prematurely made recommendations without the necessary studies? (Which of course sadly happens)

So the task force set up to establish guidelines failed to consider reproduction aspects & you basically feel that anyone prescribing the treatment has a responsibility to inform patients & parents that sterilization will be the outcome. Are their any studies that confirm this?

I wonder if you and some colleagues could get together, pull the medical science, write a paper & submit to the task force so that they can reevaluate their guidelines as sterilization should be fully laid out w/protocol options to save eggs/sperm.

You can't save eggs and sperm from pre-pubescent children who have been puberty blocked, then treated with cross-sex hormones. Gamete maturation requires natal puberty. This is a well known "side effect" of what's becoming standard treatment for gender dysphoric pre-teens.

Even the top pediatric gender docs are aware that blockers + cross-sex hormones=permanent sterility.pic.twitter.com/u7lZazINgy

Would be great if you could stop tweeting me or CC @ me. You've absurdly either not read through the thread or don't understand it & you've certainly not grasped my agreement. You're kind of being a real asshole & I'm genuinely not interested in dialoging with you further.
