    This is spot on. "Integrate ongoing practice and review into the teaching of current grade-level content, instead of disrupting it." Trying to reteach all of last year in Sept-Oct never worked and isn't going to start working now.

    Thoughts from day 10 of this week: I am working twice as much to deliver 2/5 of content at 50% effectiveness to 2/3 of my students, and have only had time to do like 10% of my 5-year old's learning. This emergency distance learning model needs a rethink.

    Absolutely do-able to facilitate online with kids. The kids and teachers have loved the social aspect even more now that we are not seeing them in the school building everyday.
