It's sad to see how lazy some people are or how childish anti-maskers are who throw their used masks to the ground in parking lots, as some kind of protest. No idea just what can happen by their stupidity and laziness. If caught, give them a $10,000 fine for littering.

People need to quit disposing their masks on the ground in protest. I live in Waikiki, and the cops hand out masks to the homeless, and as soon as the cop turns around, they throw the masks on the ground.
