So many different types of blood sausage across countries and culinary regions within countries. One food I will try in any variation I find.

I got 19! I tried the stuff, but didn’t necessarily like it. My dad was a big fan of both liver & SPAM. We lived in Japan for 3 yrs so I got to try a bunch of different things, even though I only like oysters, clams, & mussels in the seafood dept. Sea urchin is overrated & gross.

My mom LOVED liver and onions
. Apparently she made it often when I was a kid. Only found out as an adult. Too late

30...nothing I wouldn’t eat again to be polite, but a handful I didn’t really care for and wouldn’t choose voluntarily. Notable things I haven’t yet tried: durian, brains, sheep fries (which isn’t on the list),

I’m a 3 or 4 (depending on what’s meant by “crab”), and I’m set for life, too. Stomach turned as I read the list!

19! Pretty good considering I'm been primarily vegetarian/pescaterian the last 25 years! I guess living in France for a while 30 years ago is where I tried the most adventurous stuff!
-
The snails and frog legs for sure.
