Pretty much they now don't have to pay the Creator who don't fall under guidelines...yet to know if they are still going to make $ off them anyways...sure this has more about yt profit then anything
After all this is a corporate world and YT is based in corporate America... eveerything is about $$$ in their pockets not ours to corporate owners.
