protest dispersed soon after DHS agents withdrew: this was how things had been heading before they came out, but many clearly saw agents in riot gear & felt compelled to stick around. Many comments along the lines of “you gonna use tear gas? REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED LAST TIME?”
