Someone just came out of the courthouse to yell something on a bullhorn that no one heard and then went back in

Apparently they were telling people that the courthouse was closed and to get off of the sidewalk in front of the building

A truck just car roaring west on main honking and I thought it was going to run through the caution Tape and crowd but at the last second the went into reverse and backed back down the way they came
