Hey, I do not paint and I’m not 100% sure about the techniques English names but I found this video. https://youtu.be/gd59FApEmO4 it’s in Czech and he mentions oil paint and before/after uses watercolour and ink, I think. Japanese paintings look to me like ink + watercolour
