On one set I worked, I had to slap-fight a woman and wrestle her to the ground, out of frame, and then throw hair extensions into the shot as we continued to grunt & slap each other, and it was like rubbing my belly and patting my head. Where was my dirt-tosser?

Its really cool to see how they have all the practical effects work on tokusatsu shows. Sometimes they do have to use CG but alot of it is special practical effects and i really love watching how they get it to work on screen

The suit actors are some real troopers. For example, the Kamen Rider and Super Sentai stunt people do all their choreography looking out of pinprick sized holes in the helmets. The "glamour shot" helmets with light-up eyes or opaque visors or whatever leaves you blind.
