Exactly this. Being Jewish, this disturbs me to no end. (But I’m also an artist, and I respect her right to create. So yeah, this is a “no thanks” and moving on.)

It is a little disturbing, for sure. But, I think it raises an interesting question about how granted we take leather upholstery made from the skin of other animals. Why is that not gross as well? Because of how it looks? How about those horrific skin rugs with heads attached?
