Sorry its not medieval. Its from a dungeons and dragons-type game called "dungeon crawl classics", circa 2015.

No worries! Its a fun d&d clone - you make a bunch of bakers, carpenters, and other normal people and they all get killed by monsters. The few that survive become standard d&d heroes. That explains the art - a bunch of schlubs terrified of one skeleton (a weak d&d monster)
