To be clear, his art is animating other people’s paintings and photos with plotograph (https://plotaverseapps.com ). The painter of this particular work is Werner Hornung. They both do great work but I feel credit should be given where credit is due.

What do you mean by legally blind?

When somebody is legally blind, they still retain a very small amount of vision. In the US it is having 20/200 vision or worse. For reference the big E at the top of the eye chart is 20/200.
