True, but it still requires a great deal of upper body and arm strength to hold everything level. If she didn't, she'd drop down, and the piano and man would roll back, crushing her head.

Im not convinced. she is on a metal square frame and the metal leg braces are supporting a metal platform above her which is taking the weight of the piano. Some Buskers still do this trick.

I see what you're saying and you could be right. I suppose the only way we'd really know is if there exists visual footage of this act being performed.
