  Actually I believe the Ijiraq is a shapeshifter, capable of assuming many forms including human. My favorite (since I grew up in Ontario is the Wendigo.) It's an amazing combination of terrifying monster and a warning against cultural taboos.pic.twitter.com/kRJfWSf8Iv
