It seems to me that the second and third Concept Art was made for a deleted sequence and not "Night on Bald Mountain"

I agree. Those look like they're from the unused segment for Ride of the Valkyries. There are a couple of existing Fantasia segments I'd gladly trade to have that!http://disney.wikia.com/wiki/Unused_Fantasia_Segments …

There was also Salvador Dalí who made an illustrations for the movie but I never find it.
