Ironically they may dislike it as it's "different" from the ghastly Disneyfied animated and live action features I loathe, due to their ignoring the source material Cocteau retained in his, the definitive version.

What I see in it is the lighting, level balance, and composition creating a 'look' that gets rediscovered and imitated by every music video director, and commercial director. Once kids see the cartoons and everything else, I think they can begin to appreciate how great it is.
