I’ve got tinnitus now but in my youth went in Salford University’s anechoic room said to be 2nd quietest place I’ll never hear silence again

Had it since 13, there is a temp fix to pump your ears for 30 seconds for around 5mins of silence. I wept, but ring returned.

How do you pump your ears? I'll try it!!

Press palms on ears, fingers behind the back of the head, repeat for about 30 seconds. May be bad for eardrums but first silence in 30yrs
