Perhaps more capable (since on average they have less physical strength), yet at the same time more easily taken for granted.

I'm not sure physical strength is always a factor in being a hero. My female heroes had nothing to do with physical conflict.

I didn't put that well but you're right, physical strength is only one of many factors of heroism.
